Guidelines to authors of Poster Presentations:

 

  • Poster Presentations will be granted 6 minutes each (discussion included).

  • English will be the official Language of the Congress.

  • You are kindly requested to be present on the aforementioned time and date of your presentation in the e-poster area, since the chairs of the session will proceed with the discussion of the Posters.

  • E-Poster Area: For the first time in the history of the EFIM Congresses, posters will be submitted and presented electronically. Further details are available at the “e-Poster section” of this website.

  • Electronic Submission of your Poster: Information has been sent to all authors of Poster presentations for the electronic submission of their Poster. The electronic submission deadline expires on September 25th, 2011.

  • Mantling & Dismantling: Since the presentation will be electronic, there will be no mantling and dismantling.
