Guidelines to authors of Oral presentations:

  • Oral Presentations will be granted 12 minutes each (8-10 minutes for presentation and 2-4 minutes for discussion). Please note that if you exceed the time limit, you will be interrupted by the Chair.

  • You should be present at the Congress Venue at least one (1) hour before the start time of your session in order to deliver the audiovisual material you intend to use to the Speakers Ready Room.

  • You should be present at the hall indicated above 15 minutes prior to the time of your presentation.

  • Only PowerPoint presentations will be accepted. A Data Projector will be available to all presenters.

  • English is the official language of the Congress.
